I collect personal information in two ways:
Via the contact form: When you submit an enquiry, I collect your name, email address, company or organisation name, and the content of your message. This information is submitted voluntarily by you.
Via cookies (Google Analytics): This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics automatically collects information including your IP address (anonymised), browser type, device type, pages visited, time spent on the site, and referring website. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
Contact form data is collected on the basis of legitimate interests — specifically, to respond to a business enquiry that you have initiated. I will only use your contact details to respond to your message and, if relevant, follow up on the subject of your enquiry.
Analytics data is collected on the basis of legitimate interests — to understand how the site is being used and improve it. Google Analytics is configured with IP anonymisation enabled.
I do not use your data for marketing, and I do not send newsletters or unsolicited emails.
Contact form: Form submissions are processed by Formspree, a third-party service. Formspree stores form submissions on servers in the United States and processes data in accordance with their own privacy policy. By submitting the contact form, you acknowledge that your data will be processed by Formspree.
Google Analytics: Analytics data is processed by Google LLC and stored on Google's servers. Google may transfer this data internationally. You can review Google's privacy practices at policies.google.com/privacy.
I do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any other third parties.

Contact form submissions are retained for up to 2 years from the date of submission, or until you request deletion — whichever comes first. If an enquiry leads to a working engagement, I may retain relevant communications for longer for legitimate business purposes.
Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months in accordance with Google's default retention settings.
