Designing a national genomic screening service
Designed the end-to-end service for a 10,000-couple national genomic screening study (Mackenzie's Mission) — integrating hospitals, labs, GPs and research teams, with strict ethical and consent requirements. Mapped the full ecosystem, led future-state blueprint workshops, and produced build-ready flows, wireframes, and user stories for the participant web portal.

Making farm data sharing trustworthy, usable, and scalable
Technology providers' terms and conditions can be obscure and favour the provider, rather than users. Designed a certification framework for providers to assess their compliance to the national Farm Data Code — turning policy objectives into concrete rights and obligations for providers. Engaged industry, designed the certification process, website, and governance framework.

Scaling a clinical app from paediatric to adult use
Extended an evidence-based concussion app from paediatric to adult use. Mapped clinical pathways, decision rules and user flows for parents, trainers and players — satisfying clinicians, lawyers and developers simultaneously. Wrote user stories for the dev team. Developed documentation for medical device certification.

Extended the HeadCheck app while maintaining usability and clinical safety.

Designing a complex multi-channel government service
Mapped end-to-end journeys across homeowners, installers, regulators, and auditors for the Victorian Government's Energy Upgrades Insulation Program. Produced agreed future-state blueprints adopted by policy, operations and digital teams. Navigated complex regulatory requirements for data sharing and privacy across five regulatory government agencies.
