About
20+ years designing complex services and processes in startups and large organisations in health, government, energy and finance.
Background
Most teams reach a point where what they're building, or how they're operating, needs to be adapted to enable further success. Designing a service or process for success before a build starts, a contract is signed, or an audit begins, saves headaches down the line.
I've spent 20+ years designing complex processes in startups and large organisations across digital health, government, fintech and agtech. I hold a BCom (Hons), certifications in project management (PMP®), agile (PSM®), data privacy (Harvard), and UX/UI design (RMIT).
I specialise in designing:
I work from the high level down to the detail. I define tasks, responsibilities, the data exchanged at each step, the business rules, and the edge cases.
Working with your team and stakeholders, I map how things will actually work, and turn it into something clear enough that everyone can see it, agree on it, and hand it to a team to build or operate. I have experience guiding founders, operations managers, program leads, and dev teams across startups, scale-ups, NFPs and government.
